The carpet was uncomfortably sticky with stains, and I noticed some cleanliness issues in the bathroom. The room was spacious enough and the staff provided really good service, being both responsive to my needs. The location was ideal for easy access to nearby attractions. Dining options included good European food that I thoroughly enjoyed, which slightly lifted my overall experience.

We had a perfectly pleasant stay at this good basic hotel. Updated unit on higher floors, we liked it. The venue was in a central location short walk to the attached restaurant for breakfast, Montreal and the river.

It was just a fine choice for a city escape in Longueuil with good value for money. I appreciated the decent beds and friendly staff that quickly provided an iron when I asked. Avoid upper floors if you have heavy luggage.

Their lobby is not for the clients. Although there is a small lobby, no client uses it.

Low price, nice people
Very poor television coverage. They offer a basic package that offers almost nothing to watch and relax to. I would suggest they invest in a movie chanel such as HBO.

Consider asking for additional towels upon arrival. Housekeeping is not always readily available.

clean, reasonably priced, friendly staff, ample parking
Poor location, road construction over entire area, making hotel not easy to find except if using a GPS

The beds in the double room were comfortable, great for a decent night's sleep. The receptionist provided an iron and tissue box promptly when requested, helpful. The room had quite a few issues. There were exposed outlets, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The outside of the hotel looked run down with unsightly debris around, including an abandoned bathtub in the stairwell. The smell of cigarettes was pervasive throughout the premises. I noticed some light bulbs were out, and the shower didn't seem clean. While I appreciated some of the staff's efforts, the hotel needs significant improvements to the facilities.
